Finance Officer (Debtors, Creditors & General Ledger)

¹û¶³APP is seeking a Finance Officer (Debtors, Creditors & General Ledger) to commence in 2026. This is a part time role (0.6-0.8FTE). The successful applicant will preferably demonstrate experience within an education or not-for-profit setting.

This position plays a key role in the financial operations of the College, with responsibility for the management and oversight of debtor accounts, general ledger processes, creditor payments, and payroll support. The role supports the effective financial stewardship of the College, ensuring timely and accurate financial administration aligned with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Finance Officer – Debtors, Creditors & General Ledger requirements:

• strong attention to detail and accuracy

• effective communication and interpersonal skills

• be innovative and solution oriented

• demonstrate a proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines

• possess analytical and problem-solving skills

• demonstrated experience in maintaining high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information

• proficient in financial software (preferably Synergetic, Micropay, Microsoft Excel)

• preferably possess a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

College Nurse

¹û¶³APP is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide primary and emergency healthcare services to students while working in partnership with families, as well as to staff and visitors onsite commencing in 2026. The successful applicant must be registered with APHRA. Previous experience in a secondary school environment is desirable but not essential.

This role is part time (0.8FTE) and the successful applicant will work in conjunction with the current College Nurse to provide a service to ensure optimal health and wellbeing, allowing students and staff to participate fully and actively in school life.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate broad nursing experience and the ability to utilise clinical skills with confidence as well as being able to multitask and be flexible due to treating students with a scope of needs.

College Psychologist

¹û¶³APP, North Melbourne is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and passionate Psychologists to join our Wellbeing Team in 2026.

This is a fixed term part (or full) time position, where the successful candidate will provide a high-quality counselling service to students as well as offering advice and guidance to parents and staff in matters relating to the progress and wellbeing of students.

The successful candidate will work closely with the College's Leadership Team in promoting, implementing, and supporting the whole school Wellbeing Program while supporting the College's mission and values .

The College is seeking applicants who, among other qualities, can demonstrate:

  • Qualifications and current registration as a psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Commitment to act in accordance with the ethical and professional guidelines outlined by AHPRA.
  • Experience providing specialist counselling to students with regards to personal, emotional, social, behavioural and cognitive difficulties
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting the development of children and young people
  • Hold a current Working with Children Clearance
